SHIPPING METHODS
You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. The following is a list of the different international carriers available at ViVoPress and estimated time in transit. Tracking of goods will be done by us and our staff will keep you updated on the status of your goods.
Time of transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package comes from. For bulk orders of goods, we usually arrange delivery to 1 location free of charge and subsequent locations are charged according to how remote the place is. |

Most of our goods (usually in bulk) are delivered by cargo ships from China to Singapore. Once it reaches our office, we will arrange to deliver it to our clients.
The shipping duration is an estimated of 12 to 18 days and is included in our leadtime (production + shipping time). So, our leadtime of 30-40days or more is already inclusive of the shipping time. |
